• We, through the Site, simplify your appointments with healthcare professionals, and enable you to seek medical consultation with ease from your place of residence.
• Users are hereby advised that sole reliance shall not be placed on this Site and the information contained herein in the event of medical emergencies.

III. REGISTRATION

• Users are required to register on the Site by providing User Information as detailed in the Privacy Policy. The Registration process is a requisite to schedule an appointment with a medical professional and to purchase Products through the Site. We collect a fee for registration, which is non- refundable. You may login to the Site, and access our Services any number of times on completing the said registration process. Users are solely responsible for all transactions on your accounts, which are created pursuant to the registration process.

IV. FEE FOR CONSULTATION AND PAYMENTS FOR PRODUCTS

• Payments towards Consultation fee and prices for Products are to be made through third party platforms on the Site by Users.

V. SELECTION OF A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL TO SEEK ADVICE

• We shall provide you a list of medical professionals who are capable of providing you advice and consultation based on your medical needs and requirements. This list shall be accompanied with their Profiles provided by them to us. However, your requirements are determined by us on the basis of the Information you provide on the Site. Users are solely responsible to choose a medical professional from the said list to seek advice, and we have no role in the same. We do not make any representations with regard to the quality of the Services provided by such medical professionals.

VI. TRANSMISSION OF MESSAGES

• We send messages to Users through sms to your registered mobile number to intimate you of your registration on the Site, purchase of Products on the Site, and promotions.
• We also send confirmations of appointments with medical professionals through sms. However, you agree and acknowledge that appointments are likely to be rescheduled based on the availability of the concerned medical professional.
• We also send notifications and reminders for your appointments with medical professionals. However, you agree and acknowledge that you are solely responsible to ensure that you do not miss your appointments, and we assume no liability for reminders not being sent to you in relation to the same.

VII. USE OF THE SITE

VIII. INTERMEDIARY FOR PURCHASE
